The General Management team is responsible for establishing the company's strategic directions, financial balance and ethics. On a day-to-day basis, it ensures compliance with regulations, the smooth operation of the business and the cohesion of the METROPOLE Gestion team.

François-Marie WojcikFrançois-Marie WOJCIK, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Member of SFAF* (1988), ESSEC (1986), Graduate of IEP (Political Studies Institute) in Aix-en-Provence (1981), Licence (graduate degree) in Law (Aix-Marseille II University, 1981).
Founder of CCR Actions (1997-2002), he created and managed the first range of value funds in France. Prior to that, he helped develop the equity department at Fimagest as a European equities portfolio manager and as Managing Director of the mutual fund "Régé Opportunités" (1992-1997). He began his career as a financial analyst, then a portfolio manager at CCF (1986-1992).

SFAF* member (2001), DESS (post-graduate degree) in Currency, Banking and Finance (Paris I University, 1984), Masters degree in Economics (Paris I University, 1983).
Head of European Fund Management at CCR Actions and general manager of the Euro zone equity "Centrale Actions Euro" mutual fund (1998-2002). She also managed the first range of value funds in France. Prior to that, she was a portfolio manager for a Japanese equity fund at BAII (BNP Group) (1987-1996), then a mutual fund manager at BTP Investissements (1996-1997) and at Dexia AM (1997-1998).

     

Eric Boutchneï Eric BOUTCHNEI, Managing Director - Head of Corporate Strategy
Member of SFAF* (1987), Graduated from the Centre d’Etudes Supérieures de Banque (1985) and the Institut Technique Bancaire (1981).
Started his career as a financial analyst (BNP), became deputy managing director of BNP Paribas Equities (1985-2000) and then managing director of Julius Baer France 2000-2003.
