On March 31st 2017, METROPOLE Gestion restructured its range of open-end funds, hence benefiting from the momentum of the measures taken by the FROG* working group in order to enhance the competitiveness of the Paris marketplace. In that respect, seven new sub-funds were created within the SICAV METROPOLE Funds. These new sub-funds absorbed the seven existing FCPs. Two of these new sub-funds (METROPOLE Sélection and METROPOLE Euro) also absorbed their feeder funds, which were converted into new equity categories. These changes had no effect on the investment strategy or risk profile of the funds involved in these mergers. Also, in agreement with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), funds ISIN codes have remained unchanged.
